This session will share the process of how the principal can create a school-wide growth mindset focused on shared leadership and collaborative inquiry that is data-driven and where student learning and achievement is tied to adult professional growth and success.

Too often school leaders are told that they have an impossible job. Instead we need to see models of how school leaders can build systems and a school-wide culture that allows instructional leadership to flourish. We need to reimagine the principalship. This session will provide a model of systems thinking that has the possibility of connecting many better practices and showing how those practices can be implemented successfully in the field.
