Over the past 7 years, Karen, Agnes  and Arlene, each at their own unique school sites, embarked on a collaborative process that  provided systematic and  responsive support for their school teams leading to responsive teaching in the classroom.   This approach focused on district priorities while also building the capacity of  teachers and school teams which resulted  in a greater degree of success for students. This model  is now a fundamental process in all schools within Elk Island Catholic. This dynamic trio  will demonstrate how schools can set up similar processes in order  to design and implement support for their staff while becoming systematically responsive to  student learning. The model provides an excellent platform for monitoring, communicating with all staff and using data informed conversations that lead to growth in student learning and the  development of  school culture and  collective  efficacy.
