One year ago, at uLead, I decided to start a podcast about education called Intersection Education. I had no idea if it would be a good idea. Luckily for me, it turned out to be an amazing experience. In this session, I talk about what I have learned in a year of talking to people about education, how I have aligned the podcast to my professional growth plan and the new Leadership Quality Standard, and how I actually record the show.
