Collective Efficacy is not a way of leading, it is a belief in leading. It is leveraging the strengths and wisdom as a collective group to get the best results from one another in the daily interactions of staff. The intent of this session is to share practical research and actions that can support how a principal works side-by-side with teachers to facilitate effective change leading to greater results in productivity and team dynamics.
