This session will discuss the processes through which the students at Bowness and Robert Thirsk High Schools have come together to respond to the question "what makes a great school for all?" Using local and international relationships to reflect on the learning environments in their own schools, students were inspired to seek feedback from their peers and have begun to create meaningful changes within their schools. The development of leadership capabilities in the students has empowered our students to become leaders in schools and in our international partnerships.
