Mark and Kurtis will share how the structures of the Collaborative Response Model, coupled with the principles of Supportive Accountability, have produced renewed commitment to true collaborative action that have benefited the students of Medicine Hat Public School Division.  They will share how Principals, serving as “Lead Learners”, have broadened their reach by intentionally engaging a broader range of informal leaders in the shaping of school vision and in creating solutions to seemingly intractable problems.Finally they will share critical elements of system structure and leadership bias that have served as catalysts for system reform.
