Cognitive Coaching shifts the process from teachers/leaders being provided advice on their teaching practice to teachers/leaders becoming more reflective on their own practice. By building strong relationships with school administration, Chris has been able to visit classes on an almost weekly basis and provide support through effective paraphrasing and questioning to enhance reflection of practice. This session will provide a framework for leaders to support enhanced instructional practice through reflection.
