UCLA Basketball Coach John Wooden took many years to establish his definition of success.   He believed that "SUCCESS IS PEACE OF MIND WHICH IS A DIRECT RESULT OF SELF-SATISFACTION IN KNOWING YOU MADE THE EFFORT TO BECOME THE BEST YOU ARE CAPABLE OF BECOMING."   Many educators and coaches have felt this sense of success in the things that we do, and use this sense to drive our day to day lives. Coach Brendan Toner's session will review how Coach Wooden came to this definition, and you will learn about some key points along the way that you can use to build your school leadership team into dynamic organizations that follow his Pyramid of Success.
