Educational practice informed by transdisciplinary research can provide school administrators with a deeper understanding of educational theory and practice. This presentation shares a transdisciplinary perspective of learning derived from the domains: cognitive psychology, neuroscience, and language. Results from Thul’s dissertation study which investigated the impact that an adult learning class with a transdisciplinary perspective of learning had on adult learners’ perceptions of learning and implementation strategies will be highlighted.
