This session will explore our journey toward Rekindling a Culture of Collaboration at an intermediate school where the teachers have struggled with conflict and working in isolation.  By engaging in a thoughtful visioning process, providing coaching and peer teaching opportunities for teachers, and thoughtful implementation of a tiered model of support, we have experienced a significant increase in both student achievement and teacher morale.  Timelines, templates and reflections on our experience will be shared.
