Selena Mell is from Quebec, Canada and has been involved in the field bilingual education, in a range of public and private school positions from Kindergarten to adult education, since 1989. She has worked as a Principal/Head for multiple K-7 schools in Quesnel, British Columbia, and in Senior Leadership positions for K-12 schools Chile and Abu Dhabi. Selena worked for Vanderbilt University (USA) and the Abu Dhabi Educational Council (UAE) as an Instructional Leadership Coach and PD provider for K-12 school leaders before moving to Berlin, Germany in 2015. She is currently in senior leadership as the Phorms Education Director in Berlin.
